Catch of the Day Gift

This is my favourite time of year in Scotland. The weather is starting to settle, so after the mist has lifted off the water in the early mornings, we’re faced with beautiful clear sunny days – and it’s still too early for midges thankfully! When Murph and I head out these days we always have a packed lunch with us; our Isle of Skye Smoked Salmon between thick slices of wholemeal bread and a generous helping of cream cheese is just the ticket to keep us going through the day.
Just because the weather has us all in such a good mood, we thought we’d pass a wee treat onto you. For every order over £10*; placed during the month of May we’ll include a ‘Catch of the Day’ gift! We’ve got some delicious smoked oysters at the moment to go in with the first few orders.
