Warm up with some hearty seafood from Skye

Here I am harping on about the weather again but we are just so delighted to see the sun splitting the sky up here on Skye. There's still a heap of snow though (I've lost Murph in a snow drift a couple of times now!), which makes for an absolutely magical landscape to be out walking in - and of course coming in from the cold to a tasty bowl of mussels or some milk poached smoked haddock is such a treat.
If you've never tried smoked mussels you are in for an absolute treat; bursting with flavour they work well with a pancetta and chilli sauce, adding a wee bit of a bite on the back of the delicate, smokey flavour. Visit our recipes page for more ideas.
